Riverside Park

Good ol’ Riverside Park is the second oldest park in Jacksonville. There are numerous festivals in the park throughout the year. The most notable are Pride Fest and Vegan Fest, both of which draw crowds in the thousands.

If you are looking for a shaded promenade to stroll through, this is it. Riverside Park is operated by the city and hours are sunrise to sunset.

This place needs to be on anyone’s stay-cation itinerary because of its beauty and inexplicable charm. It also is the “doorway” to historic Five Points – Jacksonville’s cultural epicenter.

Riverside Park is on the corner of Park St. and Post St.
